I love everything about the app, except recently, I have been facing a problem with this password reset, just after resetting my password and logging in into the app, it logs out after a few minutes, and when I try to log back in, it says my password has expired and I should reset it, and I have done that over 8 times, and it keeps doing the same.

Also, about my payment method, there is a pop up error that says, “Payment Method is not available for this order”, if I choose tabby at checkout, I have no debts to be paid to tabby too, but this keeps happening. Kindly please fix this problem as soon as possible, thanks.

Me and my friend ordered a Nintendo Switch same day but couple of hours apart, he got it within 3 days while i still haven’t received it even after more than a week has passed! When contacted customer support they said that they weren’t able to contact me when the phone number was verified and they called me twice! Not only that, they returned it without even contacting me in any way, they could’ve done that by sending an email or calling the number at least 3 times until someone picks up but no they didn’t try. Worst of all is when i was talking to customer support, he said that the product was returned but in the app its self the order is shipped but not delivered and in returns section no request of a return was made no approved request was there. And instead of supplying us with another one with the same price or just sending me the one I ordered, the manager himself told me to order another one thats even more expensive than my previous purchase! Absolutely disgusting. Will never make another off of it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Milton Fridge which I bought it from Noon. My newly purchased fridge has been nothing but a complete disaster. It has been over two weeks since I received the faulty appliance, and it still hasn't functioned properly.

To add insult to injury, it took them a whole week just to come and pick up the defective fridge after I reported the issue. The lack of urgency and responsiveness from the company only added to my frustration.

Even after they brought the fridge back, it is still non-functional. I am left with spoiled food and the inconvenience of not having a working fridge in my home. This experience has been a major inconvenience and a significant waste of my time and money.

I expected better from a reputed company like Milton, but they have let me down tremendously. Their poor customer service and inability to fix a basic issue with their product leaves me with no choice but to warn others to steer clear of this company.

In conclusion, my encounter with Milton Fridge Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of a functional fridge for more than two weeks, along with their slow response time, highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering their products to look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-oriented option.
